Description & Overview

Rotary Heat Sealers: Validated sealing of sterilization bags and clear‑view pouches (paper/plastic laminate).
Microprocessor‑Controlled: The rotary heat seal gives documentation of process parameters via an integrated printer and could be integrated with a documentation system.
Ergonomic Design: Tilted forward for increased user convenience and space‑saving installation.
Housing & Control Panel: The sealer housing is powder coated, and the control panel is of the flat‑membrane type for easy cleaning.
Operation: Operationally simple. When a bag is fed into one side of the machine, the machine starts automatically or by pushing a button, moving the bag through the machine, and applying pressure and heat to form a perfect seal.
Warm‑up Time: 30 seconds.

Temperature Control: The temperature is adjustable from 50‑200°C with a tolerance of 1% of the set value.
Heating Element: Regulated by a heating element that is highly sensitive to temperature fluctuations, assuring even temperature and perfect seals.
Automatic Start‑up: Yes
Reverse Feed Function: In case an instrument accidentally enters the sealing area.
