DESCRIPTION
GS ENTERPRISES have Comprehensive range of horizontal autoclave. Cylindrical Horizontal autoclave will be front loading and in Horizontal shape with triple layer with boiler. These high pressure front loading autoclave play important role in sterilization procedure required in hospital pharmaceutical companies ,biopharma and microbiology laboratories etc.
GS ENTERPRISES horizontal autoclave units are made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance surface. Triple walled construction ensure excellent level of safety. Boiler is fitted separately and connected to the chamber. The boiler with automatic low water cut-off.
User can easily set the temperature with help of digital controller fitted on the side the unit. We provide radial locking pressure door with silicon gas kit. We use automatic pressure control switch and user easily can set temperature by digital controller. Our machine work with pressure 34 PSI.
PLC / HMI Automation
Fully Automatic with PLC Controller. Equipped with a 4/7 inches touch screen multi-colour display. The screen shows detailed cycle information including cycle stage, chamber temperature, chamber pressure, jacket pressure, along with comprehensive failure and interrupt notifications.
Printing & Data Storage
Integrated thermal printer with storage capacity for the last 100 cycles. Fitted with a Vacuum breaker to break vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation or vacuum pump operation, ensuring process integrity.
Advanced Vacuum & Drying
Utilizes a high-performance vacuum pump for complete chamber drying. Supports Pre Vacuum and Post Vacuum cycles to ensure 100% chamber dryness and effective sterilization of wrapped and porous loads.
Safety & Construction
Automatic low water level cut-off device for general safety of the heating element. Triple walled construction with high-grade Aluminum silicate insulation for superior heat retention and operator safety. Radial locking pressure door with silicon gasket.
